Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to –

• Provide accurate information, credentials, content, and approvals required to deliver services
• Ensure ownership or usage rights for all content, logos, images, and data shared
• Respond in a timely manner to avoid project delays

iBook Media will not be responsible for delays caused due to missing inputs or approvals from the client side.

Payments & Fees

• All fees are payable as per the agreed proposal or invoice
• Payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule
• Delays in payment may result in the temporary suspension of services
• All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

Service Timelines & Results

iBook Media follows a strategy-first and execution-based approach. While we aim for measurable growth and performance improvements, we do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, followers, or ranking results, as digital performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business information, data, login credentials, strategies, and communication shared during the course of engagement.

Intellectual Property

All creative work, strategies, and materials produced by iBook Media remain the agency’s intellectual property until full payment is received

Upon payment, usage rights are transferred to the client for agreed purposes

iBook Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Third-Party Platforms

iBook Media is not responsible for:

• Platform policy changes
• Account suspensions, restrictions, or penalties imposed by platforms like Amazon, Meta, Google, etc.
• Technical issues or downtime on third-party platforms
  All platform decisions are governed by their respective terms and policies.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service by providing written notice as per the agreed notice period. In case of termination:

• Completed work till the termination date will be billed
• No refunds will be provided for completed or ongoing work

Modifications to Terms

iBook Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
